Delivery Terms

Payment must be made within 3 working days from the day of our email reply. If no payment is made within this time, your order will be deleted and the products become available to others. If you do not have time to pay within three working days then send a new order and wait for our confirmation before you pay.

Orders are sent by first class mail within 15 working days from the date we receive full payment. If you want your order to be sent with a tracking number an extra charge will be added to the shipping cost. If you want trackable shipping you have to ask for that when ordering. The customer has to take the full responsibility for delivery by standard first class mail. Shipping with tracking costs extra.

No estimated delivery time will be given by email. Up to 15 working days applies on all orders!!!!

I always send a.s.a.p. I don’t take responsibility for the post office time consuming handling, own sickness or other cause that I can’t control.

Note that in extreme cases things can happen that affects the delivery time. Examples of this can be that a tool in the production breaks down and need replacing, prolonged power failure, computer breakdown, illness or accident etc. You will in such cases be notified as soon as possible.

If you're not satisfied with your order in some way you always have the right to return and change it, as long as it’s in the same condition as when you received it, in other words: clean and unused. Changes has to be reported within 14 days from the day you got it. All delivery costs are paid by the purchaser.

Cancellation rights:
You always have the right to cancel your order within 14 days from the day you received it, but all delivery costs are paid by the customer. The products has to be in the same condition as when you received it, in other words: clean and unused. Attach the receipt and a note of the bank account where you want your money to be repaid to. No used delivery cost can be reimbursed. Your money will be refunded as soon as possible (always within 14 days) after the products has been returned and checked. All shipping costs and transaction costs is paid by the customer.

Never return any products by using the post offices service “cash on delivery” or something like that. The rights of change and cancellation does not cover specially made products! Always contact me by email and await instructions on how to return the goods before you send anything back.

If you have received a wrong or faulty product you can return it within 14 days from the day you received it. Damages on the products that has been created after you got it can not be returned. So be sure to check the order when you receive it so that no damages is visible. Damages on the package/parcel has to be reported to the post office.

Personal information:
Rabb-it collects information about the customers when an order is placed. This information is necessary to be able to deliver the order, or contact the customer if any problem should appear. We do not share this information with anybody else and we follow the Swedish law "PUL".

In case of dispute we follow what The National Board for Consumer Complaints recommends.
