Payment must be made within 3 working days from the day of our email
reply. If no payment is made within this time, your order will be deleted
and the products become available to others. If you
do not have time to pay within three working days then send a new order
and wait for our
confirmation before you pay.
Orders are sent by first class mail within 15 working days from the date
we receive full payment. If you want your order to be sent with a tracking
number an extra charge will be
added to the shipping cost. If you want trackable
shipping you have to ask for that when ordering. The
customer has to take the full responsibility for delivery by standard

handling, own sickness or other cause that I can’t control.

replacing, prolonged power failure, computer breakdown, illness or accident
etc. You will in such cases be notified as soon as possible.
If you're not satisfied with your order in some way you always have the
right to return and change it, as long as it’s in the same condition
as when you received it, in other words: clean and unused. Changes has to

after you got it can not be returned. So be sure to check the order when
you receive it so that no damages is visible. Damages on the package/parcel
has to be reported to the post office.
Rabb-it collects information about the customers when an order is placed. This
information is necessary to be able to deliver the order, or contact the
customer if any problem should appear. We do not share this information with
